A hearty congratulations to our youth Ava, Sean, Freija, Rory and Eoin along with Kamila a fellow student from Our Lady’s who braved the cold windy night to raise funds for The Simon Community.
We are so appreciative of those who popped up to help us through the night with donations and treats including Orlagh Hannah, Davy and Darren McCabe, Jackie Sharkey, the ever supportive Gerard O Neill, Michael Frazier and Marcel Mullholland.
We also had a visit from Mr Wilson (maths teacher in St Ronan’s) and his son Eoin who brought a donation and a box of biscuits to help make the tea more palatable.
Sarah McClintock and daughter Lara came with sweet treats and Miki and Chris Gray checked in with us at midnight.
Once again MAKS stepped up generously bringing us a lovely hot supper, many thanks for that
All in all it was a successful night.
